Mindfulness
Bringing attention to the present will help increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings and allow you to have better control of your thoughts and actions. With access to your Wise Mind you will be able to respond to the situation in a balanced and effective way.

Distress Tolerance
Stress and crisis situations are inevitable in our life. Distress tolerance skills will help you control your emotions in stressful situations, to decrease your suffering and not to make the situation worse.

Emotion Regulation
Emotions can be our best friends and our worst enemies. Understanding your emotions will give you a key to finding your own way to decrease painful and unwanted emotions and increase positive experience in your life.

Interpersonal Effectiveness
You might have difficulty with saying “No” or asking for what you need. You might feel unsure about your boundaries and suffer when they are violated by others. You may feel disconnected from people close to you or your relationships may be too intense and turbulent. Interpersonal skills will provide useful tools to navigate those challenges.
