Fees

I offer a free 30 minutes phone or video consultation to discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and find out if we are a good fit together. My therapy sessions are usually 60 minutes long and cost $160 per session. I might also offer sliding scale fees; please, contact to discuss the sliding scale availability.

Please, provide 24 hours advanced notice to cancel your appointment.

You can make payments for sessions via e-transfer. I provide receipts for all the payments. The most insurance companies provide coverage for counseling and psychotherapy provided by a Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO). I would advise you to inquire with your insurance company about coverage.
